Service Delivery
Sitemint sells digital and professional services, including websites, brand direction, scheduling setup, payment setup, and growth support. After payment, clients are asked to create an account and submit the short project intake so work can begin.
Setup Payments
Setup payments reserve the project and cover early planning, account setup, project review, and build work. If you request cancellation before Sitemint has started work, we may issue a full or partial refund. Once work has started, setup payments are generally non-refundable.
Monthly Support
Monthly support begins after the stated trial or start period. You can request cancellation by emailing info@sitemint.net. To avoid the next charge, cancellation requests should be sent at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
Scheduling Service
Sitemint Scheduling starts at $25/month. It includes scheduling dashboard access, booking setup, payment-ready booking support, and two users included. You can cancel future scheduling billing by emailing us.
Refund Review
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card processing timelines are controlled by the payment provider and card network.
No Refunds For Certain Items
Domain names, third-party subscriptions, ad spend, payment processor fees, platform fees, completed work, and services already delivered are generally not refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
