Services
Sitemint provides website builds, brand direction, copy cleanup, scheduling setup, payment setup, and ongoing launch or maintenance support. The exact scope depends on the package or service selected at checkout.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, required business details, brand assets, platform access, payment account access, and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in providing information can delay delivery.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Foundation Mint currently starts with a $250 setup payment and monthly support begins 30 days later. Momentum Mint currently starts with a $500 setup payment and monthly support begins 30 days later. Sitemint Scheduling starts at $25/month. Prices can change for future purchases, but active clients will be told before material billing changes.
Monthly Support
Monthly support covers website maintenance, small updates, scheduling or payment support, and package-specific launch support. Unused monthly support does not roll over unless Sitemint agrees in writing.
Third-Party Services
Some work may require services such as Stripe, Google, hosting providers, domains, email providers, social platforms, scheduling tools, or payment apps. You are responsible for third-party fees, approvals, account access, and compliance with those platforms.
Results
Sitemint works to improve clarity, conversion, booking flow, and payment setup, but we do not guarantee a specific amount of traffic, sales, bookings, revenue, rankings, or growth.
Ownership
After payment is complete, client-specific deliverables created for you are yours to use for your business. Sitemint may retain rights to general systems, templates, code patterns, internal tools, and reusable methods used to provide services.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Sitemint services for illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or high-risk activity, or for products and services prohibited by Stripe or other connected providers.
